What do I get with C&J Barbeque's Catering?

Our professional staff will deliver and setup the buffet, carve the meat and serve it up to your guests.  You just sit back and enjoy!  And don't worry we'll clean up afterwards!  If you don't want us to hang around, that's fine, we'll deliver it, set it up and leave the serving to you!  We can also schedule a time for you to pick it up at one of our convenient Locations.

C&J Barbeque Catering Includes:

  • Your Choice of Meats - Beef Brisket, Sausage, Jalapeño Sausage, Jalapeño Cheese Sausage, Turkey, Chicken, Pork Loin and Ribs
  • Your Choice of Sides - Potato Salad, Pinto Beans, Cole Slaw, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans, Tossed Salad and Ranch Potatoes
  • Your Choice of Desserts - Peach and Blackberry Cobbler, Pecan-Pie and our Assorted Cakes.
  • Fresh Relish Tray - Pickles, Onions and Jalapeños
  • Our Special Barbecue Sauce - And lots of it
  • Fresh Bread
  • Ice-Tea - Fresh Brewed
  • Tableware - Cups, Plates, Napkins, Forks, Spoons and Knives

When and how do I pay for my Catered Event?

Here at C&J Barbeque, we require that you pay 25% of the Total Quoted Cost of the Catering to Reserve the Date that you requested.  The remaining balance must be paid in Full 3 days (72 hours) before your event.

We accept Cash, All major Credit Cards, Debit & Check Cards, as well as Personal & Business Checks.
