What are my C&J Barbeque catering options?

Choose between our three catering options for serving your guests:

  • Traditional Catered Buffet - Our Professional staff will set up your buffet, stays for at least an hour making sure everyone has had plenty to eat, cleans up and leaves.
  • Delivered Buffet - Your food is delivered in disposable pans along with disposable serving utensils, set up buffet style and you oversee your event.
  • Pick up - We prepare your food in disposable pans along with serving utensils and you pick it up.

C&J Barbeque Catering includes:

  • Your Choice of Meats - Beef Brisket, Chopped Beef, Sausage, Jalapeño Cheese Sausage, Turkey, Chicken, Pork Loin, Pulled Pork, and Pork Ribs
  • Your Choice of Sides - Potato Salad, Pinto Beans, Traditional Creamy Coleslaw, Poppy Seed Coleslaw, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans, Tossed Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, and Ranch Potatoes
  • Your Choice of Desserts - Peach and Blackberry Cobbler, Pecan Pie and our Assorted Cakes (Desserts are an additional cost per person)
  • Fresh Relish Tray - Pickles, Onions and Jalapeños
  • Our Special Barbecue Sauce - And lots of it
  • Fresh Bread - (Mrs. Baird's White or Wheat) or our delicious Dinner Rolls
  • Ice-Tea - Fresh Brewed Sweet or Unsweet
  • Tableware - Cups, Plates, Napkins, Forks, Spoons and Knives

When and how do I pay for my catered event?

Here at C&J Barbeque, we require that you pay 25% of the Total Quoted Cost of the Catering to Reserve the Date that you requested. The remaining balance must be paid in full three days (72 hours) before your event.

We accept Cash, All major Credit Cards, Debit & Check Cards, as well as Personal & Business Checks.

How do I get C&J's to cater my event?

Simple, just take a few minutes to fill out our request form and we'll have a representative contacting you before you know it. Please feel free to mention any questions or concerns that you might have in the form.

When selecting your meat that you would like catered to your event, please follow the guidelines below:

  • "Traditional" - Beef and Any Sausage
  • "Custom Two-Meat Combo" - Any Two Meats
  • "Custom Three-Meat Combo" - Any Three Meats

  • "The Pick-Up Buffet" - A complete catering package, hot and ready for convenient pick up at any one of our 3 locations.
