The Adventure to delicious Begins

Smoked Wings - Fire up smoker/Grill/Oven to 400-500 degrees
Toss wings in cornstarch and your favorite bbq seasoning
Shake off excess and place in oven or on smoker/grill with indirect heat. You aren't grilling the wings over an open flame. You want to smoke them at a high temperature for around 30 minutes. Toss in your favorite wing sauce. 
Roasted Cauliflower - 
Cut cauliflower into large pieces and toss with a few tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Toss with finely sliced celery, 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles and your favorite wing sauce.

1/2 # ground beef
1 C diced onion
4 garlic cloves minced
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C mayo
1/2 C cooked & chopped bacon
1 1/2 C shredded cheese
salt/pepper
1 TBLS toasted sesame seeds * optional

- Sautee onions and garlic for 4-5 min
- add ground beef and cook until done
- mix cream cheese, mayo, mustard, bacon & 1 C shredded cheese.
- Fold meat mixture into cheese mixture.
- Place in an 8X8 pan, bake for 350 for 15-20 minutes. Take out top with remaining 1/2 C shredded cheese and cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds
